Challenge
Amree's customers struggled with fit, sizing, and styling choices when viewing streetwear collections online. This resulted in high return rates, heavy customer support tickets, and lost conversion opportunities during limited-edition drops.
Research
Data from returns showed that 68% of customers returned apparel due to incorrect sizing. Additionally, customer support logs indicated that 75% of inquiries during drops were standard questions about item measurements and styling combinations.
Process
We designed an interactive shopping chatbot integrated with the brand's aesthetic. We trained a retrieval-augmented model on Amree's sizing charts and lookbooks, and built a custom t-shirt customizer utilizing Three.js.
Solution
We engineered an autonomous AI styling assistant chatbot embedded within a fast Next.js e-commerce storefront. The AI chatbot provides custom sizing recommendations and styling advice while dynamically generating purchase links.

Lessons Learned
